Your Mail !

Your Mail ~

You always say mails won’t touch hearts
But I always wait for your mails
You always say only persons touch hearts
I don’t even know actually who you are
But I always talk to you over mails
And feel your mails always touching my heart
Am I living in illusions?

Every day I look for your mail
Your name in the mails list brings joy
If it is not there, feel like lost some one
Worry like some body left me alone
I laugh, I cry, I fight with you in mails
I see you smile, shout, advice in mails
I see different shades of  you in mails
Am I having psychiatric problem?

If you say you are in trouble, I feel the pain
If you say you got success, I feel I won
I always feel free to talk to you over mails
Never thought of you are away from me
Felt every day you are with me, only with me
Is it not the proof that your mail touched my heart?

Friend, even though slow, mail touches one’s heart
Makes think and act as per the message it carries.

I love mail too and you really expressed what it's like to get it and feel good about it. Good job.

I like the poem, it's well said through most of it but I find the repetitiveness of "mails" distracting and at points out of place when rewording could be equally or even more effective.

thank you for your comment on my poem 'Just Be You' I am so sick and tired of all the poor teenage girls feeling like they have to be anhorexic to be popular. I have been fat since about age eleven and guess what? I was always surrounded by friends. I used to think that you had to be pretty and/or rich to be popular and then I went to high school and found out that real friends could not care less how you look. It is what is on the inside that counts. I may still be big (nearly 300 pounds) but I am happy and I have three beautiful children. I also have a good job with a lot of respect where I most of the time work to hard. But I love my life. Crazy kids, sixteen hour days at work on my feet all day, even my overly jealous husband. At least I know in my heart that if he is that jealous then there really must be something about me that he is worried someone else wants. Thanks again for the comment.
