Empty Yard

When I arose the hour was late
and sky was partly sunny.
Into the yard I looked so hard
I looked but saw no bunny.

    Mmmmm Rabbit Pie,
    On my plate,
    'cos that Inky,
    Got up late.

Damned things are a nuisance, if they carry on burrowing under my shed it will disappear along with my mower & bike!

Have you gone down a burrow somewhere too? Or just plain fed up with this place.

    Barb

Didn't you know? There's bunny thieves in these here parts. We affectionately call 'em moderators. They've been known to split hares on occasion.

    Sincerely,

One of the things I done as a hooligan teen that I'm ashamed of was liberate a girls bunnies from their hutch under the cover of darkness.

She still doesn't know it was me. It's a burden I have to hare.

In the wee hours of morn, when the sun is not quite there. Be very, very quite and you just might see a hare.

This is adorable dear, I love it.

    OOK OOK Baby.
