Live the life you dream of
Be all that you can be
Never lose faith in anything
Even if hope is hard to see
Laugh as often as you can
Never fear showing a smile
Make others laugh as well
Even if it takes a while
Life will be hard
Some challenges may take your all
But how you come out in the end
Determines if you fall
Don't be afraid to love
Hearts get broken all the time
What makes you better than the rest
Is your ability to come out fine
Sometimes crying is inevitable
Affliction seems to surround you
Just take a breath and let it out
And soon your shattered pieces will be few
Have faith in people
Though it may seem hard to believe
Know that they can change
That there's nothing they can't achieve
Listen to what others have to say
Though it may seem pointless
You will be surprised that some can help
And in the end make you fearless
Sometimes truth hurts
A lesson we all know
But don't give up just yet
In the end the strength will show
My basic point is not to preach
Or make you roll your eyes
It's simply to let you know
Everyone fails here and there, but the best of the best is the one who tries....

I am trully glad that you wrote that poem! A lot of poetry is about death, saddness- which I'm not saying is a bad thing at all. But it's nice to read an uplifting poem, that trully makes you happy. And the poem is great itself!!!

Life unfolds as it should and we learn as we go. If not, we end up making the same mistakes over and over again. Broken hearts are really painful though. How do we avoid them? Probably not possible if we love. But love completes us. Catch 22. insightful poem

I liked this very much, such an optimistic and wonderful attitude. We could live by this and be better for it. Might have been easier to read in a darker color though. I think the flow and rhythm was nice though there were a few awkward spots for me as I read it. Overall, very nice. -

Determines if you fall" these two lines don't make sense to me, how does your position at the end of something determine your lack of failure/failure? Shouldn't it be something about the process? Like how hard you work, or your attitude, etc, instead of something at the end of something?
also "Sometimes crying in inevitable" i think you meant IS instead of IN.
I think you have a sweet message but the rhyming seemed forced. You could definitely work to improve this. just my opinion. -

despite that i pretty much disagree to a lot of ur talk,
but indeed it's a point among other points non-taken,
u did well-by concentrating on the points u wanted to raise
i give u an 8 out of 10,
for i think it would be more authentic, if done in a form poem
a quatrain perhaps..?

good poem ! I usually don't like long poems, but I did like this one
It's very optimistic, something else for a change, I read way too much dark poems around here.
The flow is good throughout your poem as are your rhymes, beautiful job .
