This is BEAUTIFUL; certainly an extremely happy poem. I want to go play in the sun now...except that it's 8:30 at night. My favorite line is: "Bid a constant welcome, never miss a beat." I really like the emotion that I'm able to extract from this. The "breathe in . breathe out" between each stanza actually forces me to stop and say it slowly. You make this poem flow PERFECTLY. Amazing.

This wonderful breath that we have all been given. Few realise just what a treasure that is until it's too late.
Hidden in each breath lies every thing we need in the moment including the ability to feel and appreciate the sun.

I hate the sunshine, but this has made me see how beautiful summer and nature can be in the sun.
The repetition of 'breathe in . breathe out' is really effective; it made me think of meditation outside, especially when you said let your spirit wander. The layout and structure is really good too.
It is a beautiful write hun, so wonderfully penned, and simply perfect. Best luck with the contest x
