I sit alone in my room I ask myself if my life is full of doom
I sit and stare at these blank white walls wondering only of doom
The sense of self worth is gone from my heart, but not my mind
The past I think about and only the past Is the only life I live
My soul I fell is alone like I feel inside my heart is saying to
me it is lonely and just wants to cry out for happiness that I
can not and could not find in this time of self worth gone
Maybe I could find my happiness again if my true love of myself
was found once more in my heart and mind
I sit in my room just waiting for my doom of my self worth and life
As I known life it is gone I sit in my white walled room just waiting
for my apparent doom that is to come now or in the future
We all at times live in the past and we all wait for doom to come
and take us away this doom that we call death is the doom that we all
dread and do not ever want to have to meet up with, but I am waiting
for doom to come and take me away like the wind in this room I call
"The Room Of Doom" these walls are closing in and I am alone all alone
No one to care and not caring about oneself felling self worthlessness
In my room with white blank walls doom has finely come and took me away

Someone unhappy where they are
Honestly, sounds like someone suicidal or who wishes they'd never been born... Both of which I have felt before so looks familiar. Now, I refuse to let any person, place or thing steal my joy...not even me... I go for a walk or change the tape playing in my thoughts because SELF MATTERS includes me. On my powerful, prayerful walks to happiness I walk for all those who could never walk or see or could but no longer can. At that moment while I am walking with God and nature in God's Cathedral (outside) I feel like the richest person on earth. I feel truly at home especially on days I pass a Mimosa Tree and stop and smell the pink blooms and, if not in bloom, I stop by the floral department in a store to remind me of Spring. Joel Osteen is a good cheerleader for life too.
"Discover the champion in you" today and get a notebook and title SELF MATTERS INCLUDES ME and sign your name with confidence. Then each DAILY entry of ten entries to cheer yourself on title SELF MATTERS INCLUDES ME and sign your name with confidence then write ten positive things about yourself even if you don't feel that way and things you aspire to be. There is a lot to act as if until you are. Positive thinking isn't learned through osmosis and it takes practice, practice, practice. Begin practicing today! DR. PHIL QUOTE: "You're the one who talks to you, all day, ever day. Characterize messages you send yourself by a rational and productive optimism." Best wishes. SEA

9) "Life is not cured it is managed" and it is up to me to manage my life well
10) Quitters never win and winners never quit so I'll never, never, NEVER give up on me...
