i dreamt
we were sitting on my
porch i was topless
and hugging my chest
like i do when you leave me
breathless in bed.
you were behind me
pulling cobwebs out of my
hair and telling me we'd
go on a ride and eat
donuts with jelly and
i was so excited with
love for you, and i realized
you'd already gone, and i
put it in a folder of things
to do when you get home.
