And so there was never a response that came.
I had waited in vain,
I shuddered to think that even though you move
Even though you speak...
You were dead.

I can only think of 1 or two words to describe this poem. One would be chilling, the other one would be painful. Thank you for sharing with us, you always did have a special talent for expression. Don't ever lose that. Well done, write some more for us.
