corrosive cancer

a cancer of corruption grew
corrosive
gnawing away at bundles of nerves
that held our minds together

until they snapped

tumorous black hole sucked dry
everything
we would have
been too blind to see
anyway

we lived in reeking decay
obstinate mirror-images
of each other
not so different after all

we died together,
stubbornly

let me rejoice in my new
freedom

Hm. Interesting. Written with ferosity *(spelled horribly wrong, forgive*) but a good poem none the less

This is darker than the other 2 of your's that i have read. That's okay; I like dark. It gives me the chance to explore a side that I don't get to use in daily life. I enjoyed it very much.
