I Am A Nerd!

A normal day,
At Lincoln-Sudbury High School.
I'm in Biology.
Gazing from the window, to the street below,
Anticipating what I'm gonna know.
I am a nerd! I am a doooooooooooooork!

I've done DNA,
And gel electrophoresis!
I must say it's really cool.
I have no need for slacking, it just makes bad grades,
It's science and technology that saves!

I'll sing a song,
About the Periodic Table,
Or maybe one on mitosis!
And I'd love it if you'd listen, but please don't run and hide.
I forgot to mention that I love Bill Nye!

I have my books,
And my test tubes to confide in!
I am sheilded with my scientific facts!
Chemically fumes!
Scientific tunes!
Counting all the cells in onion skin!
