Pure

It's all so meaningless
Without a title, where do we fall?
Feelings so effortless
How could we not have noticed at all?

I know we're supposed to be honest, my heart just tends to fly
If we don't let anyone else in, who's going to catch us in the lie?

Your life's diary
Matches mine, word for word
Friends are allowed to be alone
Haven't you heard?

I know it' not fare to all, but for now we don't care
If we don't let anyone else in, no one will think to stare

I may not be the brightest
But the word friends won't sound the alarm
And if friend's is our title
Who could we possibly harm?

I was raised to tell the truth, but I feel all grown up now
So if we don't let anyone else in, I suppose I just don't see how

So very true. But it does make it difficult at times. Good luck, have fun, and great poem. I really like it.
