just one little nitpicky detail, magic johnson has HIV, not AIDS, he lacks the gene for HIV to become AIDS.

Absolutely! Strong style, strong message, nothing to be trifled with, your rhymes or the truth in them. I see a lot of people who have contracted this disease secondhand, the ending is powerful, if someone is infected, they need to let others know before deciding to be intimate (or thinking anything can be just for fun anymore.) Good job, keep on writing!

Good message to get across! And good write! Sorry you lost the talent show contest but you're a winner regardless because you care enough to take part in spreading the message of a disease so vile and misunderstood that people even try and make it seem like it doesn't exist, for them anyway. And, that's why people don't use protection when they know they need to. "It can't happen to me." If that's the thought, I hope they read your powerful write. Enjoyed how you took on the voice this disease as it made the poetic prose that much more gripping. Keep up the good work. Even beyond highschool which you should be close to completing. it made me giggle. it's kinda true too. Cept, AIDS onlt weakens youirimmune system, which inevitably kills you through the common cold. Or of the sort.
it was creative, and i liked it.
some editing might be needed though. Sometiems i got lost to where you were ending and sentance.

Its amazing how the cities and towns keep the infected ones a secret . They have at least fifteen in our town alone and people feel they are safe .Well it can be spread by blood as well and an open cut even a paper cut so if they want to get in those gang fights then tell aids hello for he is ruight there telling them come on I need another soul for the day . You keep up this work you are doing and dont let anyone deture you from your goal for the young people you save is worth every second of your time . Again Bravo to you
