Motherless



I'm  motherless this Mother's Day.
Mama's gone, she passed away.

Mama with that beautiful smile.
She made my life worthwhile.

My Mother's love was so sweet.
It was unconditional and complete.

Mother's day and I'm motherless.
Today I am so alone and defenseless.

I wrote this for Mother's Day because I was feeling so sad.

    i'm with you 100 percent on this one. my mother passed away a month before my birthday and every holiday gets harder and harder. sometime i wake up and i just want to cry. your are a great writer by the way.
