Addiction

Here it comes again
The urge to feel again
I hear it creeping in
Your voice melts my thoughts
Your music's in my heart
I lose all reason when you're near
How can I escape
I'm addicted to this song
I need to hear it
I need to feel it
Singing in my soul
I hear you in my dreams
This angel's song you sing
Nighttime music
Intoxicating and intimidating
Even though you don't show your face
I know you still the same
Your voice is my companion
My strength
My weakness

I thought so, before even reading your authors' notes! I LOVE Phantom, and I think you did Christine's emotions justice in this. An absolutely beautiful, sublime piece of art!

*hands you a red rose with a black ribbon tied around it*

"You did very well, my dear. He is pleased with you."

    Good luck in my contest!

beautifully written the music and flow are stunning

beautiful i was wondering for the longest time when some one was going to make a phantom of the opera poem. Then i read your work and it flowed so beautifully and showed the cravings christine has for Erik's voice that i had no choice but to add it to my favs.Best of luck looking forward to more phantom of the opera poetry.
