Sitting with you at the movies,
i look over in the next row,
you see my eyes wonder,
and look in the same direction,
there's a boy looking back,
he bravely waves,
now you're furious,
you stand up and walk toward him,
you threaten him,
you tell him to never look at your girl again,
you punch him,
and break his nose,
the next day he's sitting in my old swing,
he has a bandage on his nose,
he sees me and laughs,
i look down,
rub my neck,
apologize for you,
He says to forget about it,
later that day i go to your house,
your mom says you are up in your room,
i walk in and the girl next door is under you,
you claim it's nothing,
you say it's only fair,
you get up,
come toward me,
you hit me, hard...
He was my cousin,
I hadn't seen him in since the seventh grade,
Now what does that say about you?

today i saw one of my friends get slapped by her boyfriend. No man has any right to hit his girlfriend or wife, it's abuse and it's wrong. Like every other case, she made excuses for him. I wanted to kick his ass, but showed self control because we were in school and it's almost out and i didn't want to get in trouble. But he's one of my good friends brother, and shit's gonna go down monday at school. I wanted to show how men can be, in this story he didn't even give his girlfriend a chance to explain. Then he was the one that was the cheater.
I don't know why my friend got slapped, but i know she didn't deserve it, and i know that NO MAN EVER HAS THE RIGHT TO HIT YOU!!!!! So i just wanted to send a message out....

okay ... you wanted pure, unfiltered honesty? just, if i offend you again, i sincerely, sincerely apologize, and please don't hunt me down and murder me.
this, kind of, strikes me as a bit boring. it could be so much more, it definitely has its sparkle moments, and the concept is very relatable and very, very true, but for the most part you draw out things that could be said in three lines, sometimes into seven. also, ending every line with a comma is an unnecessary distraction on the eye; when you hit enter that is usually you comma.
again, i sincerely hope i didn't offend; i tried my best to give the most constructive opinions possible.
... there are also so many distractions from every direction as i write this, and to boot i am battling a pretty epic headache. i apologize if its showing at all. -
your right no girl deserves to get hit for any reason i totally agree with it all not fair, goodness what a mess, thanks for sharing this piece here.

wow this is really good work. you friend needs to re evaluate her situtation. i was with an abusive jerk for 3 years. i stayed with him as long as i could until one day it got tired of it and i was convinced he would kill me. this write shows a lot of emotion. i really like it and can totally rlate to it
