A leaf falling to the ground
A tear on a cheek
Silence between friends
Words between the lines of truth
A scream inside your head
A look between lovers
Clouds moving in the sky
A rain drop on a blade of grass
The breaking of a heart
An eye lash on a pillow
Laughing inside
These are things you wouldn’t normally hear
We need to learn to listen more and hear the things we ignore and shut out
Savor every moment in life
We just don’t know when it will end

Are you familiar with Dan Millman's work - The Peaceful Warrior book? He has a movie out now that is based on his life experiences. He is extraoridinary. I know it seems like I am deviating here from your poem, but I swear I am not, because in the movie and the book, he refers to exactly what you are talking about. There is always something going on. The universe is not without constant motion and sound. Not to mention how important is to appreciate every moment, as you clearly share in your poem, because life is precious and we don't know when it will end or begin.
