The Bell Tolls

Death is but a luxury to those who wait for its gripping talons,
it is a sweet release to those who are sacrificed
and a dark chasm of unknown to those restricted to the unchanging world they have created.

You ask me,
and I hear
that you wish to know when my mind will clear?
You want me to tell you the price of knowledge
and when my death is near.

I am unbound by time limits,
unpressured, by the world around me.
I explore, learn, teach and love
Unrestrained.

The knowledge of your own death could crush your world,
it could lift you up
or possibly give you courage, to do things you would never do otherwise.
Death has a price.

I know,
from the brink of the cliff edge,
that Death,
is only satisfactory...
if you have nothing to live for.

Very well done. You put your point across very nicely. Yes death has a price and in itself is a price.
    Thank you for entering.
