Woven Lace

Honey sipped from a flitting busy bee
Feels like the contours of your face
As I brush your tender lips with mine
In a longing and fond embrace

In the spontaneity of your fingertips
As you tickle my skin, and soul
Your eyes whisper a forgotten secret
To fling my senses out of control

The chaste petals of a Callus lily
Reflected in your suggestive glance
Play in harmony with our laughter
Spinning, palm in palm we dance

The comfort that only lovers share
An intense yet delicate grace
One eternal lifetime in but a minute
As an intricately woven lace
