My Appreciation ( to you)

" Will you be my shoulder when I'm grey and older?
Promise me tomorrow starts with you,
Getting high; running wild among all the stars above.
Sometimes it's hard to believe you remember me "

~ James Blunt ~

My appreciation for you is deeper than you or I can ever understand.
As I think on what happened in the past.

I now realize what you jeopardized. For an evening filled
with Dreams.
Dreams that we both wished to come
true.
Dreams of a night filled with ecstasy, and passion.
A night that would always be remembered and
cherished.

Believe it or not that night in January
was the most magical time of my life.
I  truly feel honored for being the one
to share such a special moment
in time with you.
You have truly been my
Angel.

With this poem to you
is my appreciation
of everything that
has been said and done
between us two.
Until the next time.
thank you for
being the
Angel that
you really
are.

Author notes

While speaking to a couple of my friend's co-workers (and friends) about their school and how strict about them attending. It made me realize in January he jeoparized a lot to be with me. It is amazing on what people really think is important in their lives....when a person is in bad marriage or relationship they tend to run from it all. but in the end it will always catch up to them... I know it did for me..
