How Bout You

First, there was Lilith,
but she turned vampire
How 'bout you?

Then there was Eve,
And she sold me to the Devil
How 'bout You?
How 'bout You?

Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
All in a rib from my insides
Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
A serpents tongue, and snaking thighs

Joseph had Mary,
But Jesus had a Mary too
How 'bout You?

Samson, Delilah
Caesar & Cleopatra
How 'bout You?
How 'bout You?

Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
All in a rib from my insides
Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
A serpents tongue, and snaking thighs

Men are from earth,
Women, they are of heaven
How 'bout you?

Marduk killed Tiamat
Her body was a mighty dragon
How 'bout you?
How 'bout you?

Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
All in a rib from my insides
Lord, all of these pretty, petty, witty women
Took me for a loopy ride

First, there was Lilith,
but she turned vampire
How 'bout you?

Then there was Eve,
And she sold me to the Devil
How 'bout You?
How 'bout You?

Listening to the song as I read the lyrics, I detected a bit of wistfulness in the words....
"How 'bout you"..... it seemed to speak of a hope that 'you' was something more than the reputations of those gone before... as if somewhere in between the pureness of Mary and the serpents tongue and snaking thighs, lay a woman of a lovers perfection....half virgin, half whore... and just the right balance of each.

    Good song, Jeremi, good lyrics

And Good luck in the contest

I always like what you do Horus/Jerome but i think this would've translated better in song to properly explore its veracious potential but still worthy none the less.
