The hardest thing to do in the world
is to feel like a rock.
A rock who's just there
watching the world go by
as it's trying to find out who it really is.
People walk over you
they don't look twice at you
they don't think about you
they don't care about you
They don't like you.
You see the world
you can hear the world
but when you talk, nobody is listening
and when you feel lonely and cold
you have no one there to hold you.
The hardest thing to do in the world

Wow! I love the comparison you made with the rock... it was beautifully expressed. Yeah, feeling like a neglected rock being stomped on by everyone else is not an easy thing to face. I like the dejected feeling you brought across through your simple yet ideal wording... it serves the purpose well and truly makes the readers feel miserable themselves.

Those were the lines that really got me.
