Internet Thoughts

A bubble of a room of a world.
Cha-cha-cha fingers dance and rocket across a grid of letters
As the beginnings of a smile break the harsh contours of the face.
This is my bubble of a room of a world.
This is where I'm safe.
This is where I am whoever I want to be.
Images flashing across the brightly lit screen in front of me
And the mouse follows, squeaking in protest.
In my bubble of a room of a world.
This is where I'm free.
This is home.

I know that feeling! Sometimes there's no-one you've actually met who you feel you can talk to, but you know just the contact.. Plus, one word: Steff
