Night of Forget

The night so crisp and cold
yet so comfortable and cozy
The moon of the goddess shining down
on the wet stained grass
that touches my naked body
Cold dew drops lather my skin
and tears of confusion melt
into the silence of the night
The fresh air clears my head
and edges me away from thinking

The darkness leads me
away from the chaos of the day
and is sinking deep within my skin
The night helps me runaway from you
and takes me away from my bundled thoughts
that make me angry

It erases all the people from
my mind and I start to forget about everything...
everyone...
wishing I could just stay right here
and it'd be night forever

    good piece of work

this is a really cool poem...nice visuals. not sure who you are talking to when you refer to getting away from you. the piece is kind of dark but at the same time not so dark...interesting.
