Tiny Princess of the Sea

Little imaginings in collected shells admired,
found aplenty all along the sea side's waves.
Grays and pinkish corals of pearls desired,
frothy foam sand squiggles toes in dismay.

Blazing sun in the salty sea breezes whip~
waves of pale blue splash in caps of white.
Tiny little fingers dive in wet sand and dip,
treasures trove of miraculous oceanic delight.

Brisk breezes sending tight curls in spins.
Tiny feet sauntering along the soft shore.
Pinafore Princess fun almost always ends,
in sun ray kiss blush wonder galore.

With a necklace of sea shells of pearls,
ever my sea Princess of little girls.

        ~~~Suseann~~~
    This is beautiful suseann. You have given a nice picture in words after seeing this picture. Even without the picture it is a beautiful image. That's what I like in this poem. Very well done. Anna.
    Thanks so much Capricorn, I'm having flash backs of my kids and self so this came right on through in memories. I love seeing the look on someones face the first time they see the ocean. One of awh inspired creations. Possibly the most inspiring vision yet.~~Suseann
    small feet and pebbles of the beach
    Mesmeric and beautious this poem, of innocence and wonder;
    sounds of a gentler sea, a tale of magic of children and
    what is so important ..loved this sweet sea breeze tale
    and jewels of the sands ..A fairy touch quill ...
    Nice imagery, good rhyme and rhythm.
    I see no reason why you shouldn't win a prize with this piece.
    Kind regards,
    Robin.
