These crystal tear fall down my frozen cheeks
As memories of you makes my knees go weak
I think of the time I could hold you close
I loved you more then anyone knows
You were the best mother, one of a kind
You were the best friend that I could find
Never did you turn your back on me
If only your eyes, I could see
As Mother's Day once again grows near
I am reminded of the past five years
The years I have had to live without you
The time that has past, bringing tears of you
Your my mother, I miss you so
And I just had to let you know
I will forever hold you in my heart
For our love shall never part
Happy Mothers Day Mom, I miss you
And even when my skies aren't blue
I will be waiting for that special day
When the Lord finally brings me back to you

Beautiful
As an older man who lost both parents at a young age I must say this poem to your mom brought tears to my eyes. Your mom is very proud of you I am sure. I wish you peace & comfort

This is sad but very sweet at the same time. I hope you're ok... This is a great message to your mom. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you hun for your wonderful comment on my poem. I think that the hardest thing I have had to go through in my life is the loss of my mother. If you asked me three years okay if I was okay, I dont know if I could answer that. But its been 5 years since my mother passed away, and I guess I am doing okay with it. I know she is with Jesus now, and that she is my guardian Angel, watching over me and my beautiful children.. Thanks again for reading my poem...

Precious, I'm sure she's smiling down upon you, as she does remain in your heart and thoughts, you're a great daughter too, and I'm sure she appreciated the years she had with you!
May God Bless You Tammy~ -hugs-
