God of thunder hear my cry,
send fourth stallions from your sky.
Hooves of fire and manes of white,
to tread the earth with all their might.
Bring the rain for fields of green,
to feed the seeds that goes unseen.
From darkest night to brightest day,
fill the streams and soak the clay.
Drummers beat a thunderous tune,
for cloudy skies to hide the moon.
For just one storm will give the chance,
to feed our tribe with this rain dance.
