i remember when you used to hold me tight
laying their making no sound

the day you left
my heart was broken into peices

i just want to remember our first kiss
the hot sun burning on our backs

your parents were gone for the weekend
that weekend i could never forget

remember when your mom was in the hospital
i came everyday to see how she was

but your gone, and i keep your memories close
treasuring every moment we had together

the tears came fast
you were gone, never to see you again

i wonder if you still remember me
i still love you and want you to know i remember you

i will stay in this small town
waiting as the day goes on for my love to return
