~~Dawn's Light~~

Missing image
Cobalt blues framed green trees
When at dawn this morn as i stood in the breeze
Then violet and pink spread all about
And  above white and powder feathered throughout
Then i stood and watched in wonder
Iridescent lines of gold held me under
The spell of nature, as that familiar ball
Rose quietly, brightly, over all
The splendor reflected on the March snow
Filled me with awe as i watched and now know
Though the dawn comes surely every day
The colors are born in different ways
I guess that is why i like to see
The dawn, the canvas of the day yet to be~

    In Winter of..
    one line struck me
    and just kept growing
    it was
"It was a blue green yellow day."

    do not touch it

You really gave a great visual through the words and the pic. Isn't it amazing , that no matter how hard the best artist tries , the colors of nature can never quite be imitated on canvas ?
