So she blasted 'em all and licked their bones clean.

    Hey Jamie,

    That's one of the reasons I like dogs. If I have a heart attack in bed, the dog will lick my face to try to wake me up, then slowly starve to death and die next to me. If I have a heart attack with a cat in the room, a month later, they'll find a very clean skeleton and a very fat cat.

    lmao. Short but too the point. I've always wondered what cats are thinking when they look at me.. especially for extended periods of time. I used to have to cook like 60 to 90 pounds of bacon a day and when I would walk home all the strays around town would follow me, and later fall through my ceiling. I know they are thinking something.. those felines are crafty creatures.

    You're a fast one on returning replies.

    Good poem, but the last line seems a little out of sync with the rest of the poem, too many or too few syllables...Doesn't really fit into the rhythm.

    But other than that, great job here. I adore that picture, I've got many that resemble it...
