Does She Tell Me
Does she tell me not to get tattoos?
Does she yell and holler; say, "You don't need to abuse."
When I get a piercing? No; though I've done those and worse.
Now it's her body. I've no right to curse.

Interesting take on the subject.
Luck in the contest.

I can't see
how I could possibly have the right to tell someone else what to do with their body. I would never presume so much.

I didn't even look at the contest rules, and knew right away it was about abortion. nice job
-
And good luck in changing a few archaic attitudes.

Everything you mention in this poem is true. Society allows us to do what we please for the most part, but when it comes to abortion they don't want to hear it. It's appaling. You've done a nice job with this and good luck in the contest.

Thanks. It's truly my thoughts on the subject.
