As darkness quickly closed around
And lowered deep into the ground
The air began to fade away
Life, the final price to pay
Hear the dirt hit the tomb
Left for thoughts of fatal doom
In the grave, began to weep
Praying for my soul to keep
Quickly as each tear drop fell
To feel the darkened claws of hell
Wrap slowly 'round my heart and squeeze
I cried out with unheard pleas
But in vain, the fight unfolds
Body numb, turned to cold
Slowly felt my life go slack
Then my world turned to black

Well, since then, I am clausterphobic. The dark doesn't bother me. But I also have a fear of being buried in the ground when I die now. So it's taken it's toll.

Okay seriously I haven't heard of shit like that happening to people since like Poe's time... so kuddos to you for remaining sane. I'm clausterphobic and extremely afraid of the dark along with many other things so yeah... I would pretty much be in the looney bin right about now.
But yeah thanks so much for this write. It's amazing and the fact that it's true is all the more cool to me.

Yes this is real. I was literally put in a coffin and buried. Dirt and all. There was a small airtube that was left with me, and it was part of some mofo's sick game. He made a scavenger hunt out of my life. Thankfully (it was years ago) someone rocked at reading clues.
