Tonight I want,
        to hold you in my arms as I once did
        a beautiful memory that’s still so vivid.

Tonight I want,
        to kiss the softness of your lips so sweet
        then once again my heart will be complete.

Tonight I want,
        to tenderly caress your beautiful face
        and lose myself deep in your embrace.

Tonight I want,
        to hear your soft sensual voice speak
        all those words that make my heart weak.

        to just run my fingers through your hair
        as we cuddle together in the love we share.

        to longingly gaze and fall into your eyes

    really beautiful. like i told one of the others, i'm not a fan of rhyming--HOWEVER! this piece was wonderful and wouldn't have been the same WITHOUT rhyming. so bravo. great flow. thanks for entering it!

    Beautiful write here...I greatly admire the soft sensual feel it has too it, the love that is portrayed. Very well written as well.

    Wonderful write here, and I like the creative form. Nice style, and even though it's usually harder to master repetitive lines you did pretty well here... This piece kinda reminded me of couples who take each other for granted... if only they could say the words... Good job, and thank you!!!

    this is really good...pretty much exactly wat i wud like to do to a certain someone...lol...i like the repition too...makes it more real...i duno i cant find the word for it...its just wow...full of emotion, compassion and love...great work...good luck

    as passionately as we did back then.
    slide because it fits so wonderfully with the rest, but I warn you I've been dq-ing people.

    this is really nice n romantic...! nice n simple choice of words which bring out gr8 expression of feelings... it has a sad undertone.. for it keeps referin' to the past.. as if the lovers have been apart... again.. gr8 write!.. best of luck!

    I like the recurring line. the device is as old as Poe (The Bells) but is used her to such a naice emotive effect. very good!!

    Sounds like either you are missing someone of the past or speaking to a current lover not yet in your presence. I like it alot. It flows and has love and romance. I'm a sucker for that stuff.
