A lot of people are grieving,
many are in tremendous pain,
saying goodbye hurts the very most,
and learning to live without her,
but we must always remember,
the way that she loved everyone,
and how she was never afraid,
any storm she had she was ready,
the way she was ready for anything,
and she'd never let anyone down,
we'll never forget about her,
how special she was to many,
now she is walking with Jesus,
and now she waits for each of us,
for us to come to walk with her,
she'll never forget her family,
and all of whom she loved dearest,
and we will never forget her.

hey my grandmother is expected to pass soon so if yall could tell me which poem about someone passing on is best tell me please. they have to be written by me though. i have to read one at her funeral by me and i dont think any of them are good Thanks Tamara

hi , i didn't comment on this before ? I don't know but I really am sorry about your grandmother . somehow your poem reminded me of my grandmother but she died 17 years ago , my mother says she used to take me on her laps ,when I was a little baby . really , your poem is wonderful . anyhow , I liked this lines so much ....but all of it is nice . it is so emotional .

I think this would be a good poem for that occassion. I personally would mess around with changing a few of the words in order to create a better flow. However, if you read it from your heart using feeling, it will be good no matter what. I'm sorry for your loss, I know how it feels.

this is great my grandmother died last month the 8th you will be in my heart and my prayers so may god be with you and your family and this is beautiful in my eyes it had tears swelling up so it was sad i dont cry very much this was great and will be good to read
