As you begin
your life together
in each day
you'll find a treasure
a moment in time
to tuck away
to savor when
you're old and gray
A picture taken
for a memory
of times together
you'll keep, you see.
Stored in this book
your hopes and dreams
of plans you've made,
shared, and schemed.
For as you start
so you shall end
memories treasured
as lovers and friends.
And when someday
in death you part
leaving a treasure
for the other's heart.
For faded moments
you trapped in time
will be inside
for you to find.
