If I were you.

If I were you,
and saw me across the room......
would I walk up to me?

If I were you,
and saw me, laying, helpless on the side of the road........
would I help me?

If I were you,
and knew that I loved me.....
would I love me back??

If I were you,
and knew all the pain I had been through, because of me......
would I apologize to me?

If I were you............................

I think this is a great poem. Maybe a little confusing at first but easily understood if one wishes to. I think this is a great way to look at things. Putting yourself in another's shoes and trying to see how you would react if it were you. Really makes you think, as good poetry should. A really excellent job, enjoyed the read. Keep up the great work and never stop making mind's work.
