~Fluttering Hearts~

Missing image
You've given me purpose to live today
The power to face tomorrow
As I have lived beyond yesterday
I'm erasing tears of sorrow

Once upon my broken, shattered heart
You sent love to my weary soul
Weaving beautifully, angelic art
Encouraging, mending me whole

Now as you know, your love's heavenly sent
And I'm embracing it my dear
For in my thoughts, you're where I went
To express my love so sincere

So let me be the eyes you're beholding
Take me to a place, far on high
Shower with love, forever unfolding
As we become one, you and I

A beautiful write indeed and though I have read and reread this soooo many times as well as many others lately without cooment -why idk. But after my past weekend and sad writes this stanza helps me realize i need to heal my salty tears and move on no matter how much time it will take:

You've given me purpose to live today
    The power to face tomorrow
As I have lived beyond yesterday
    I'm erasing tears of sorrow

Thank you dearly Timothy and Tammy! xxx

Love is the great healer of many things. This poem speaks to that healing love that comes when one feels forsaken and lost to it. Just when one stops looking, it finds us, like sun after a shower, peeking through dark clouds. it warms us.
    Beautiful collaboration.

    I love it!!!!!

Come, take my hand, my love
Carry me far away from here
Show me what dreams are made of
As you, I'll always keep near

Love me today, for our love is true
Hold me close, never letting go
For you have painted my gray skies blue
My love for you forever grows

Thanks for yet another touch of your heart
Remember it is you, I truly adore
Though many miles keeps our hearts apart
I will be here loving you, forevermore

Thanks for writing this with me Timothy.
You so wonderful, and I adore your heart.

    Much love always,
    Tammy
