Whoever said that money can't buy happiness LIED!
Give me the best of clothes
The best tasting candy and rose
Jewelry, for the greatest woman
Which is me, do you understand
Take this as being honest, not mean
I am the Materialistic Queen
I am the girl that you'll need dough
It will determine if you're friend or foe
I do not desire your love
Your money is all I'm thinking of
Not giving a damn if you make me bored
If everything in the stores you can afford
I want it all, and then some
I'm the type you dream to take home
Intoxicated of my lovely drinking cup
But if you're broke, you can just wake up
~~~Wake Up Now~~~ ~~~Wake Up Now~~~ ~~~Wake Up Now~~~
MR.BROKE!!!!!
Bravo!
This shows a very fine poetic sense--it's also funny! Bravo! -
Thanks! But you are right. If he is willing to give, I'm more than willing to receive. LOL! But still you should date/marry for money. Yet money does make the world go around. Anyway, thanks for the comment!
good work
Mwaaaaa ha ha, the evil women of society strike again....noooo every decent man run for your lives...(no one runs, there arn't to many decent men anymore.) He he, I liked this peice, it was open and forward about money and truthfull how really money does make one happy, or at least not so damn depressed. I find it intresting though that when a woman wants to be bought and have nice things, that she is a gold digger...what of the suckker who falls for her, there is a line of what you are willing to do, and what your not, if your suckkerd into buying out your living to some one who just leaves you then you deserve it, I think if you fall for someone that person should support the relationship just as equally....ok I'm being a little to indepth about this little piece, it was short simple and silly, good work though -
AWWWWWWWW! I wanted you to finish it. Oh well....LOVE YOU!
-
I knew this wasn't you and is why I had to write my poem just in case readers of your poem might get the wrong impression!
There is no way I could let anyone think you were a gold digger and I'm so glad you loved my poem to you. Wait until I write our little fantasy erotica story of us, you will be saying more than love it(lol).
es her more than once...then on her neck...slowly going down further as my arms and hands embraces her...then...well we will have to wait for the story people (for I know you're watching right now-lol)
YOu're right, I wasn't talking about me. And I love the poem that you made for me!
Miss Everything you surely are
In fancy things you shine like a star
Be it fur, diamonds or pearls
You are my everything gurl
As we ride in a long limousine
Chasing what would be called everyones dream
Throwing wads of money to the wind
Living carelessly and wild again
Then I saw through your disguise
And could tell you were more than wise
As you truly did not care about money
As long as you had me to call your honey
Knowing this chemistry brought us together
Living with you and knowing forever
Throw away all the material goods
For I know you better than others could
You have let me in as I won your heart
We could always be poor and have the best part
For love is not bought or sold
Not when I have found the girl with a heart of gold
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There is no way you are a gold digger,
but may have described others that are!
I love my wifey!
