Make Every Breath Count

It's senior year
The memories that are here
The hope and the fear
Shown on my face by a single tear
Oh my gosh it's senior year

We were so excited
The class of two thousand and six
Ready to roll with the punches
But we got punched hard
Two of us didn't live to cross the stage

It's senior year
The memories that are here
The hope and the fear
Shown on my face by a single tear
Oh my gosh it's senior year

We'll wave and we'll laugh
We'll cry and say our goodbyes
And in our hearts they'll be there
Through us Robbie and Heather still live
They'll walk across that stage in spirit

It's senior year
The memories that are here
The hope and the fear
Shown on my face by a single tear
Oh my gosh it's senior year

All the football games
The TPing during homecoming
Prom night... need I say more
Our caps and gowns
The smiling faces all blend into one

It's senior year
The memories that are here
The hope and the fear
Shown on my face by a single tear
Oh my gosh it's senior year

This may be the end of the beginning
But it's not the beginning of the end
With luck our dreams will come true
We will make it in the "real world"
And we'll always remember

Oh my gosh, it's senior year
