In the beginning
We watched the sun rise
Everything just fell into place
With no fears in our eyes
Then everthing started falling apart
We tried so hard to keep it together
But nothing seemed to work
Proving nothing is forever
Now, in the end
Nothing is ever right
No matter what
Everything alwayz ends in a fight
I never would have dreamed
We'd be here today
Dealing with this pain
That just won't go away
Memories bring nothing but tears
And hope to find
What we lost
Instead of leaving this life behind

This is a good poem. its be even better if i was in the poetry mood. i just havnt been feelin so poetic lately. but i do hav 4 more to add to mine. I've been real tired lately. so i havnt been puttin em on here. well keep up the good work! -

There is so much truth to this phrase....we sometime think that things are "forever" but they aren't. I really like the feelings that come out in this poem. Really good job hon.

hey, I am so sorry it had to come to this...even though I know it's not my fault, I still feel like there should have been more that I could do to prevent this...I pray that this will pass over like the other times...I pray we can all move on from this and learn and grow from it...time...that's what I always say and I hope beyond all hope that it will be the ultimate remedy to rid us of this vile disease. I know it won't help you stop all those crazy thoughts in your head, but hey that's what I'm here for!
