Laying in my lap you comfort me
Shelter me from life
You make me poetic.
Make me smile from the inside.

You make me want to love you.
After only a day. How strange.

Laying beside me you soothe me.
Bring me to peace with your soft touch and warm arms.
You've changed me in a week.
A week of living in the love of you and I'm different.
Altered by the love and devotion you exude.


Kissing my gently you amaze me.
Show me a me I want to be.
A "you" I want to see.
A "we" that almost could be.

Standing in front of me, you see me.
And I see:
The most considerate soul.
The most touching
The most beautiful man I have ever seen.
Loving devotion emotes from every pore.
In you I feel loved.
After only a day.
