Sunny Days

I can never feel the shame again
The sun is shining on me
I've got a new outlook
From when you used to doubt me
It was never really there
Oh no, I think I'm starting to love my life
When all I wanted was to die
You made me feel helpless
Sometimes I would cry
Now the pain recedes
This feeling is bliss
I can not contain
You're not the one I miss
Cause there's always sunny days
After the rain
And always hope
Lies beyond the pain.
