feeling it, knowing you want to be with them forever
love is hard to see and find

when you have a chance to have that great feeling
it will take some where you never been your life will changed

You have signified the many feelings of freshness, newfound hope and visions of forever, which a little spark of romance can bring to tired hearts! I have felt these things before. Yes, love is like a song (listen to "Amarantine" by Enya; this song resonates things you are saying in this poem. Log onto enya.com, and play the Amarantine video. You really won't be disappointed!).
One thing I thought you might investigate though, as the line needed a little sorting-out:
"it will take some where you never been your life will changed" would read better as something like:
"it will take you somewhere you have never been; your life will change (or "be changed")".
I hope all works out nicely for you both

Awwwwwwww this is really sweet, I like a good heart warming poem to cheer me up. I felt this way too about my my boyfriend so I can empathise with every word...well done

this was sooo sweet, it explains exactly what i feel for my bf... i never want him out of my sight because i miss him too much! the emotion in this was great, great work, well done
