This Time
Time passing quickly,
the teenage years have gone,
Tomorrow I'll start my diet,
know the lyrics like a song.
I have no more excuses,
"the child bearing hips"
I know its time I ought to
forget the cheese with chips.
Feeling so positive,
I rushed to join a class,
Guaranteed ten pounds yes,
but oh, it is your cash.
a whole new list to read from,
before eating tea,
my new look, my slimming,
it all hinges on me.
The pounds are shedding slowly,
my bum is not so big,
you have to change your daily life,
in all you do and think.
I will always be a "slimmer"
thin is not my game,
time passing quickly,
I know I'll reach my aim.
