Daughter/lover

My daughter has a man
the lover of her heart.
The man has my daughter
never will they part.

Author notes

I know it's corney, but it just came to me yesterday when I saw them kissing. It was evening time and a street light was shining on them, it just looked so romantic with the trees from the wood framming them.

    Nice. I have a suggestion for a last line though:
    but we will never part. Despite what happens - your daughter might marry her lover - you and your daughter will never part.
    How about that? Anna.
