There I was just minding my own
When this "thing" came to my home
He scratched and made lots of noise
And thought my things were his toys
I looked at him, He looked at me
My eyes swelled up, I couldn't see
Behind my couch is where he is
He really believes this house is his
He ran right out and across my feet
I screamed and my heart skipped a beat
Upon the chair is where I sat for awhile
Thinking he was disgusting and vile
I was his hostage, He had the control
This one little sneaky, beady eyed mole
All day long he taunted and teased
Doing whatever his little heart pleased
He would run out just to hear me shriek
Making everybody think I was a freak
All day long I was held captive by him
I thought my chances for survival were slim
Then in came my husband to save the day
But little MFB wasn't in the mood to play
So, the little fellow hid until late last night
And finally out he strutted with all his might
He was caught red handed playing his game
And this is how the little creature got his name
We have decided that this game is done
But I can't help but think that it has just begun

Oh geese Bambie, this is soooo funny. I love it, keep up the great work sis and I still say MFB is alive. He is a tough mole that you can't get down! talk to you soon neighbor. Love you.

Yeah well, You can't teach her to catch critters..lol I didn't Dominique how too...So, fair is fair...hehehe AND there BETTER not be a snake in my house...Those things are just nasty and UGLY like the mole..lol BUT, I have news..I think this MOLE is not a MOLE..I think he is an actual MOUSE...so then that makes him a rodent..and now he is even GROSSER..lol
He is still running loose..Now he lives in the hallway under my shoe rack..cause the Yorkie chased him there..lol York tried to bite him...and he bit her so now she is PISSED and has keep a watchful eye out for him...
That is all

All day long I was held captive by him
I thought my chances for survival were slim
Now there you go! That's the way to make a mountain out of a molehill
Love your rhyme and the depth of descriptions
I know I have sooooo teased you more than enough...lol...but MFB has been los of fun and you know that it is only a matter of time before I do something to get me back
Hmmm I didn't get to your house today... has he been apprehended yet???
Or is he still giving you his squeaky lip?
Thanks for being you and making me laugh so much... like even when I don't want to laugh!!! Love you sis!

You're enjoying making a mountain out a molehill too aren't you
Oh, God, don't say you left a snake...remember the snake Harley brought in when he was like 5 and Bambie came flying into the room screaming and danced on the chair in the kichen?
Wait until they teach Desi how to catch "critters"
Love you

It is really a very interesting and curious work revealing the sense of the mystery behind the scenario and as a reader I am interested to know the truth though I can guess the truth but the way you made the crescendo in the lines it was just beautiful and very catchy too.The flow of this work is just very impressive and very slick too.I must say that it is a great work indeed...

I can't wait for the rest. This is truly captivating. I loved the flow as well as the story line. The imagery was intense and great. Thanks so much for sharing. I'll be looking for the rest of this one.

Aww, this is so cute! When I was little, I had a mouse jump out of my dresser drawer and do a little dance on my feet before he ran off. Oh, do I ever hate mice!!!!! Hugs, Patricia
