i dont want to move from this spot right now
im too content to rise away
much observably, time is going fast
the party is almost out of play
ive been here since 9, the clock almost says 12
i took too many shots too quick
just make sure i know where the bathroom is
just in case i look sick
walking home is the hardest thing to do
walking in a straight line feels like something new
watching out for cops on oakland avenue
spinning lights and sirens are your inevitable cue
the jungle juice was strong, the bacardi was free
i dont know why i drank some beer
someone stole my seat, i swear i called fives
all my friends are witnesses too
i havent lost my buzz, i look at the time
i might as well make this fun
half my friends are there sitting on a couch
some are playing beer pong too
its such a routine to follow every week
the biggest party is the one you go to seek
stand tall, walk straight, take a mint, its getting late
bad perceptions i see in this state
i hope all my friends are getting back okay
to their dorms and off campus houses
chris is throwing up, nick is stumb-l-ing
brad is getting paranoid
this seems like the worst part, the part after the fun
no more singing to our favorite music
wake up with an ache in all of our heads
but next week we do it all again

Haha I really liked this poem because I go to MSU and thirsty thirsty's are real big around here. I know the feeling, waking up saying "Ill never drink like that again" and then next week its the same. Nice depiction of a college social life!
