The daytime sky is jealous of her eyes,
As cream envies the texture of her skin;
Birds desire the melody of her voice;
She exists, much to their chagrin;

Sister in the Spirit, forever to be His;
Beauteous within heart, for it is clean;
Holding truth; it is her great delight;
She's no common woman of any simple mean;

Hold her, Lord, and keep her, to You, near;
May Your light be her very simple cheer;
I know You are the fragrance about her,
For You are, to her, what is very dear;

As with the dawning day, bring Your joy to her,
And let Your word illuminate every darkened step;
Sharpen her discernment, when things are such a blur;
Give her gladness, Lord, to heal where she has wept;

Don't be jealous, sky; He emulates your blue;
Envy not, o sweet cream; He's Master over you;
Birds please hear your melody is just as true,
All your ways are gloried in this woman, too.

    Awwwwwwww, this is beautiful, You did an amazing job on writing this, I believe you sent this to me before, You seriously did an amazing Job on writing this piece, I loved it, actualy this is one of my fav's from you as far as topic based, You seriously outdid yourself with this one, God bless you and lotz of love in Christ.

    Uhhh...she hasn't read it yet. I may send a version of it to her, because she may take this one as a more romantic kind of poem. Not that that's bad, of course. Just not the right time now.

    Oh Bob this is SOOOOO beautiful and loving! I love it when I see you praying for others! I am so sure that this brought such sweet peace when she read it!
