I'm still human but instead I'm
diabetic.You can't feel
my pain even
though you
try.
Please
just leave
no one ever cares.
If you talk to me people
will laugh at you also so just leave.

Such a sad poem. That's terrible if someone were alienated because of a condition they have. People should be accepted for who they are and not be made fun of.
