HOORAY FOR LIMERICKS!
Happy St. Pats!
Far away in the land of Lamu
Lived a man in charge of a zoo.
He had many strange creatures
With spectacular features!
If you bought one, it came with a shoe!
Have you ever looked at the moon?
It's round, like the back of a spoon.
When you see it at night
It shines extra bright
And reminds you of sunlight at noon.
I once had a dog named Zeus,
But one day some fleas got loose!
They built houses and shacks
On poor Zeus's back
I feel sorry for my poor dog Zeus.
My dog's having puppies today!
She found her place with no delay.
Under the bed
Where my dog's paw prints led
Is where she's having puppies. Hooray!
