Head/Mind

You try to keep
your head
where you lost it.

You call it metaphorical
decapitation, really -
literally losing your mind
along with your head.

Your head in your hand,
handle it well
lest you lose it
to someone/something/somewhere else.

Must you head there,
mind you,
mind your head.
Head where your mind
takes you -
And take your mind
where you're headed.

Head
Mind

Mind
Head

It's too easy to lose one
even if you haven't got one.

Interesting piece., one of those you have to read more than once to get the impact. I think that is good though. Lots of fun wordplay.
