Little girl's body just scattered there like nothing
He is the man who killed her

Why am i so fill up with anger
Maybe because i just don't understand why would someone do such a thing
How can life be so cruel?
So cruel to this little girl
Who did nothing wrong except being afraid
If afraid is the right word to use
Who in this world has never been afraid?
If you never been afraid then you only lie to yourself

Your sentiments well expressed in this verse- the anger, the puzzlement and the concern about why someone would do this dispicable act. First line in 4th verse- an extra word there needs to be removed, I think - could.
